Starting February 6th every Tuesday and Saturday we will be meeting at Full Circle CrossFit in Greenwood IN to start our team workouts. We will be focusing on 4 main things to keep our athletes healthy and prevent injuries on the field. This year we will be working on strength, explosiveness, mobility and flexibility. Our goal is to help all our athletes to be able to run, cut, move, tackle, block, receive with far more power speed and agility while at same time protecting our athletes from preventable injuries. This is available free to all players including cheer. I hope to see everyone out there getting ready to make this coming season unforgettable.
As the weather starts to warms up so do our athletes! Outdoor conditioning begins in late March or early April, as this is a weather decision please check back later for more information.
Will be hosted in May as an opportunity for people to come out and meet the coaches and returning players. Please check back for an update.
The 2024 team cookout will be June 1st, we look forward to this opportunity for all the families to get to know each other. Please come back later for a sign up link.
This season combine will be June 22nd , this is the time our coaches can asses the athletes and determine positions based on their skills.
Each year the teams kicks off the season with a camp, giving the players and cheer an opportunity to get to know each other, build friendships and have a few practices.
