Practices are at Freedom Park in Greenwood, Indiana. The girls meet 3 days a week from 6-8pm to learn and practice their routines for game.
Every year we start our football season off with a two day camp, both the football team and cheerleaders attend. During the day they have several practices to get them ready for the season. During the evening they have time to spend together and get to know each other.
We run a full schedule with our games being on Fridays and Saturdays. We ask our cheerleaders to be there 1.5 hours early to warm up before the game. We love seeing our stands full of people cheering with our cheerleaders so don't forget to invite family and friends.
While the Crimson Knights were founded in 2009, the cheerleading program started in 2012 by parents who wanted to give the young women in the community an opportunity to participate as part of the Crimson Knights family. It started as just four highschool girls and one middle school girl. The cheer team has really grown and become an important part of the Crimson Knights. These young woman participate in more then just the sidelines and go to all Crimson Knights activities as they are a valuable part of the team, such as.
