We are so happy to announce the Crimson Knights have partnered with a local gym for strength and conditioning training. We encourage both returning Knights players, cheer and those interested in the team to come to team work out days starting February 4th 2pm-3:30 pm. We will then work out as a team Tuesdays 6pm-7:30pm and Saturdays 2pm-3:30pm. This is a great opportunity for our players and cheerleaders to build strength and stamina for the upcoming season. The two workouts a week are highly recommended for all players. Let’s start this season off right! Go Knights!!!
